Order issued by DM of many districts

Classes one to 12th in Chamoli – holiday in Anganwadi centers

Holiday has been declared for classes 1 to 12 and Anganwadi centers in Chamoli and Champawat. Orders have been issued for this. It has been said in the issued order that according to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, on August 10, a warning has been issued for heavy to very heavy rain in Chamoli along with other districts of the state, along with lightning from the sky. In such a situation, in view of the possibility of rain and heavy rain, a holiday has been declared on August 10 for the students of classes 1 to 12 in government and private schools and Anganwadi centers in the district. For this orders have been issued by DM Himanshu Khurana.

Orders issued to keep schools closed in Champawat district as well

In the same Champawat district, orders have been issued to keep the schools closed. In-charge District Magistrate President Disaster Management Authority Champawat Hemant Kumar Verma has declared a one-day holiday on August 10 in all government non-government and private schools of the district from 1st to 12th standard and in Anganwadi centers.

Here in Udham Singh Nagar, in the weather forecast on August 9, the district Udham Singh has expressed the possibility of excessive rain for the next 5 days.
