New Delhi: Modi government is now going to give good news on fitment factor along with DA hike for central employees and pensioners. In the monsoon season, both these gifts will be nothing less than a miraculous gift, which is enough to win everyone’s heart.
It is believed that the government can increase DA by 4 percent, after which a bumper increase in basic salary will be seen. Apart from this, it is considered possible to increase the rates of fitment factor, which has been demanding for a long time.
The date of increasing DA and fitment factor has not been officially announced by the government, but media reports are claiming soon.
Good news will be available on DA
The Modi government at the Center may soon increase the DA of central employees and pensioners by 4 per cent, which will be no less than a big gift.
After the increase, DA will increase to 46 percent, due to which the basic salary will see a bumper increase. By the way, at present the employees are getting the benefit of 42 percent DA.
Nearly 1 crore families are expected to get the benefit of the increased DA rates, which is enough to win everyone’s heart. As per the 7th Pay Commission rules, the government increases DA twice a year.
Whose rates apply in January and July. If there is an increase in DA now, then its rates are considered possible to be implemented from July 1, 2023.
Good news on fitment factor
