Increase in honorarium by Rs 3500
The honorarium of class III and IV contract employees of state universities has been increased. Now third class workers will be given the benefit of increased honorarium of Rs 4000 per month. Similarly, the honorarium of class IV employees has been increased by Rs.3500.
Effective from 1st August

Benefit of revised pay scale to contract employees after 2 years

In the month of April, the dearness allowance of the employees was increased to 4% by the Jharkhand government. With this his dearness allowance had increased to 42%. Now the university employees of Jharkhand are being provided the benefit of 42% dearness allowance like the state government employees.
Regular employees are being given the benefit of dearness allowance. Soon the dearness allowance will be increased for the second half of the year. After the Central Government issues an order to increase the Dearness Allowance, the State Government can also increase the Dearness Allowance for its State Government employees. With the issue of this order, an increase of four percent can be seen in the dearness allowance of the employees. Along with this, an increase of ₹ 10000 in his salary is believed to be fixed.
