Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Commission has sought applications from eligible candidates for the post of Senior Scale Stenographer, Junior Scale Stenographer and Stenotypist. Vacancy details
A total of 70 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. Out of these, 67 posts are for Stenotypist, 2 posts are for Senior Scale Stenographer and 1 post is for Junior Scale Stenographer. Selected candidates will have to work in Punjab.
How will the selection be done?
The selection on these posts will be done after several stages of examination. First written test will be conducted. Then skill test, document verification and finally medical examination will be conducted.
Who can apply
To apply, it is necessary to have a graduation degree from a recognized university. Apart from this, one should also have good knowledge of computer and experience of working on it. It is also necessary that the candidate has studied Punjabi till matriculation. The age limit for these posts has been fixed at 18 to 37 years. How much fee will have to be paid
To apply for these posts, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000. The fee for SC, BC, EWS is Rs 250. The fee for ex-servicemen and dependents is Rs 200 and for PH category the fee is Rs 500.
