HRD has given approval for the seventh pay scale to 350 employees sent by the university administration.
With the benefit of the new pay commission, a big increase will be recorded in their dearness allowance and other allowances and pension amount. More than 60 employees of the Cooperative College will benefit from this. Many such employees who have retired will also be included in this. Employees of Tata College Chaibasa and LBSM College Jamshedpur will also benefit from this. Payment of arrears

Whereas, an amount of Rs 5 to 10 lakh will be paid to non-teaching employees as arrears. However, they will also have to pay tax on the arrear amount.
