On the other hand, the dearness allowance and dearness relief of the employee pensioners have also been increased. In 1 year, their dearness allowance and dearness relief have been increased at the rate of 9 percent. Apart from this, the honorarium of doctors has also been increased. Orders have been issued for everyone.
Dearness relief increased by 4 percent
Full pensioners and employees have been given very good news due to the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh. Recently their dearness relief has been increased by 4% by the state government. After which now the pensioners of Chhattisgarh will also get the benefit of 42% dearness relief like the pensioners of the Center. Earlier, the Chhattisgarh government had written a letter to the Madhya Pradesh government seeking consent. With the consent, the dearness relief of the pensioners for the 7th pay scale has been increased at the rate of 4 percent.
Let us tell you that earlier in Chhattisgarh, the benefit of 38% dearness allowance was being provided to the pensioners. Orders have been issued to increase the dearness allowance by 9% for pensioners having basic pension and family pension of the sixth pay scale. It was implemented from July 2023. Earlier the increase in January was made by the Chhattisgarh government in the month of March. Along with this, their dearness allowance and dearness relief were increased at the rate of 5%.
Orders issued for 9% increase in dearness allowance
Earlier, a big gift was given to the government employees by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. In this entire year so far, their dearness allowance has been increased twice by 9%. This year a big gift has been given to the employees by the Government of Chhattisgarh. Earlier on July 6, dearness allowance was increased by 5%. After which the employees were given the benefit of additional 4% dearness allowance. With this, dearness allowance has increased to 42%. Now the benefit of 42% dearness allowance is being made available to 5 lakh employees of the state.
9% increase in house rent allowance
Apart from this, under the Seventh Pay Commission, 9% of the house rent allowance of all government employees falling in the B category, while 6% house rent allowance is being provided to the employees falling in the C category.
Increase in special allowance
Earlier, the special allowance given to the Panchayat Secretary was increased. ₹ 2500 is being provided to them, although only those who have completed 15 years of service are getting its benefits. While other panchayat secretaries will get the benefit of ₹ 3000 special allowance after completing more than 15 years of service.
Increase in honorarium
- Reduce work on more than 37000 contacts in the state. Salary of employees has been increased at the rate of 27%.
- The honorarium of daily wage employees was increased by Rs 4000. At the same time, the salary of visiting teachers of the state has also been increased by Rs 2000.
- Along with this, Chhattisgarh state government has also announced to increase the honorarium of junior doctors. Doctors have been demanding an increase in honorarium for a long time. After which now the honorarium of junior intern, doctor, resident doctor has been increased. His honorarium has been increased from ₹15000. Along with this, the honorarium for the first year can be Rs 53550 to Rs 67500 per month. For the second year, the honorarium will be Rs 56700 to Rs 71450 per month. 59200 to 74600 per month for the third year. Same for MBBS the honorarium will be 12600 to 15900 per month.
- Along with this, Chhattisgarh government has increased the honorarium of community organizations that cooperate in the implementation of various schemes of DENULM under the Urban Administration and Development Department by Rs. 3000. 208 community organizations have been given a 20% increase in the previous average of ₹15000. Now he will get ₹18000.
