New Delhi: Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ will hit the theaters across the world on August 15 next year. The filmmakers announced this on Monday. Directed by Sukumar, ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is a sequel to its first part ‘Pushpa 1: The Rise’.

The first film depicts the rivalry between Pushpa, played by Arjun, and police officer Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, played by Malayalam film actor Fahadh Faasil. The film’s producer Maithri Movie Makers announced the release date of the film on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter).
