This service has started for Chennai Metro and it is possible that soon more metro systems will also be connected to it.
New feature WhatsApp Flows arrived
Recently WhatsApp has introduced a new feature to help business. Its name is WhatsApp Flow. This feature allows customers to book reservations, delivery of luggage and web check-in for flights right in the chat. People can book their orders on Jio Mart through WhatsApp. Regarding this, the company says that this is the first such feature of its kind in the world.
Not only this, Facebook-Meta is also currently working together with companies like Razorpay and PayU, through which emphasis will be laid on making payment as easy as chatting. There are a total of 20 crore businesses worldwide on WhatsApp.
