Revised orders have been issued for determining the pay scale of contractual employees. They will be given the benefit of revised pay scale from August 1, 2023. For this, an order has been issued by the State Education Center making partial amendments. Under the order issued, the salary of the employees has been increased by a maximum of Rs 20,000.
Salary Hike: Big preparations have been made by the state government. Under this, revised orders have been issued after determining the pay scale of contract employees. Employees will get this benefit from 1st August 2013. Besides, they will also be paid arrears.
Revised orders have been issued by the Madhya Pradesh State Education Center Director. Under which the pay scale and salary has been increased for different categories of employees. The meeting of the State Executive Committee of Madhya Pradesh Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan was held on 31st August. It was ordered in the meeting that according to clause 3, the minimum salary of the pay matrix level should be fixed against the regular posts of the working officer employees on contract. Should be made available to them.
Order issued
Now orders have been issued for this. It was clarified in the order that contractual officers and employees appointed before April 1, 2018, are continuously working on contractual posts from the date of appointment. Their remuneration rescheduling will be paid to them from 1st August 2023.
Increase in their salary
- Now the servant-chowkidar will be given the benefit of pay scale of Rs 20300 from August 1, 2023. Earlier he was being paid Rs 18876.
- Whereas currently Rs 23650 was being provided to the driver, it has been increased to Rs 25500.
- Now the clerk will be paid Rs 25500, earlier Rs 23650 was being paid.
- Data Entry Operator 1 will now be paid only Rs 30701, there is no change in his salary.
- Pay scale for Data Entry Operator 2 increased from Rs 23271 to Rs 25500
Assistant Warden is currently being paid Rs 21190, which has been increased to Rs 33100. - Salary for Mobile Search Consultant has been increased from Rs 21740 to Rs 33100
The pay scale for Lekhpal 1 has been Rs 33100. - Whereas the pay scale for Lekhpal 2 has been fixed at Rs 33100.
- Stenographer will be paid Rs 37500 instead of Rs 34850
Whereas MIS Coordinator will be paid Rs 42900 instead of Rs 24496. - Draftsman will be paid Rs 42900 instead of Rs 34850
- Sub Mechanical will be paid Rs 42900 instead of Rs 39000
- Development Block Resource Coordinator will be paid Rs 43150
- Whereas Assistant Project Coordinator will be paid Rs 42900 instead of Rs 20000.
- Lecturer will be paid Rs 47300 instead of Rs 43150
- Whereas the District Women Coordinator will be paid Rs 43150.
- Assistant Project Coordinator will be paid Rs 55800 instead of Rs 50825
- Programmer will be paid 55800
- Whereas Assistant Engineer will be paid Rs 55800 instead of Rs 50825.
- Assistant Manager will be paid Rs 65520.
