Mumbai Train Canceled List: Mumbaikars are going to face big problems for the next 10 days. Many trains have been canceled for the construction of the sixth line between Khar and Goregaon railway stations in Mumbai. Due to this work of Western Railways, more than 2500 sub-urban trains will be canceled from October 26. Apart from this, many passenger trains will also be cancelled, partially cancelled, short terminated or rescheduled.
Western Railways said in a statement that it is on its mission to expeditiously complete the work of the sixth line between Khar and Goregaon stations on the Mumbai suburban section. The construction of 8.8 km long additional line is going on at a fast pace. This project will benefit the passengers, especially in the Mumbai suburban section and will help in improving punctuality as well as increasing additional train services in the near future.

More than 2500 local trains are canceled
According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railways, the block continues from October 7, 2023. The block has been carefully planned to ensure minimum disruption to rail traffic as well as minimum inconvenience. Non-interlocking work in connection with the construction of the sixth line will commence from October 26/27, 2023 to November 5, 2023, due to which some suburban trains will remain cancelled. Around 2525 services will be canceled from October 27 to November 6, 2023.
