Apart from this, pollution is continuously increasing. The maximum temperature recorded in the capital on Monday was 33 degrees, which is two degrees more than normal. According to IMD, there will be fog in the capital in the morning for the next few days. At the same time, a drop in temperature has been seen in UP and Uttarakhand.
Delhi’s AQI reaches ‘very poor’ category
Delhi’s air quality reached ‘very poor’ category on Monday and it is expected to worsen further. The AQI of three areas crossed 400, meaning the air in these areas reached the ‘severe’ category. AQI between zero and 50 is ‘good’, 51 to 100 is ‘satisfactory’, 101 to 200 is ‘moderate’, 201 to 300 is ‘poor’, 301 to 400 is ‘very poor’ and 401 to 500 is ‘poor’. Is considered ‘serious’.
