Update issued regarding Visa: A big update is coming out regarding the issuance of visa in Oman in which it is said that a ban has been imposed on issuing visa to the citizens of Bangladesh. On Tuesday, Royal Oman Police (ROP) has informed that this rule has been implemented with immediate effect.
Let us tell you that the police has informed that there will be a ban on issuing visas for all categories of Bangladeshi nationals. This means that the rules related to visa have now been changed. The new rules have come into effect from Tuesday 31 October 2023.
What were the rules earlier?
Royal Oman Police has informed that earlier the facility to convert the visa of Bangladeshi immigrants coming on visit visa into employment visa was provided.
But if a migrant enters Oman on a visit visa and intends to work in Oman, he will have to return on a work visa after exit and only then will he be allowed to work.
