Telangana BJP Manifesto Released: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday (November 18) released the manifesto of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for Telangana Assembly elections. During this, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done a lot of work to strengthen and empower Telangana.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, “Today we are releasing the BJP manifesto for the Telangana assembly elections. The manifesto is the guarantee of PM Modi.” It has been said in the manifesto that on the birth of the girl, a fixed deposit of Rs 2 lakh will be made in her name. Apart from this, free laptops will be given to those doing degree or professional courses.
Transparency will be brought in the selection process
According to the manifesto, women self-help groups will be given loans at only 1 percent interest rate. Whereas Group-A and Group-B services will be allotted in a timely and efficient manner. The selection process will be made more transparent than ever before.

Will bring uniform civil code in 6 months
In the manifesto, a promise has been made to provide free insurance to farmers under the Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme. Apart from this, the beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme will be given 4 free gas cylinders per year. Once the Bharatiya Janata Party forms the government in Telangana, it will bring Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in the state within 6 months.
Targeted at Congress
Taking a dig at the Congress while releasing the manifesto, Shan said, “During 2004 to 14, the Congress party released only Rs 2 lakh crore as devolution and grants-in-aid for ‘United Andhra Pradesh’ while under the leadership of PM Modi “BJP government released Rs 2 lakh 50 thousand crore in just 9 years.”
He said, “This manifesto is a guarantee of PM Modi. We have always fulfilled the promises we made. We have kept our promises and fulfilled our promises after getting full majority. Congress never supported a separate state. And when the partition was done in a hurry, it gave Telangana.”
