How to open Nari Shakri Savings Account?
Any woman can open Nari Shakti Savings Account in 5132 branches of Bank of India across the country. Along with this, Nari Shakti account can also be opened through digital platform.
The interest rate on Bank of India savings account up to Rs 1 lakh is 2.75 percent. At the same time, the bank is offering 2.90 percent interest on the balance amount in savings account of more than Rs 1 lakh.
While launching Nari Shakti Savings Account, Bank of India issued a statement that on every account opened under this scheme, the bank will contribute Rs 10 to its CSR fund. This fund will be used for the social and economic development of needy women.
