That’s why everyone’s condition is bad. The situation has become such that Indian Railways has to cancel a very prestigious train like Vande Bharat Express. Apart from this, almost all the trains of Indian Railways are running late by hours today.
Vande bharat express canceled
An important information came from Northern Railway on Friday evening. This information was about Vande Bharat Express running between New Delhi and Varanasi. Railway administration said that due to operational reasons, 22415 and 22416 Vande Bharat Express are canceled today i.e. on 13 January 2024. You can understand what could be the operational reason. In fact, the Vande Bharat which was to arrive in New Delhi at 2:05 pm yesterday afternoon, reached around 11:30 in the night. If the train will run late by nine and a half hours, when will it return and when will its maintenance be done? Therefore, the Railways decided to cancel it one day.
Rajdhani Express 13 hours late
The fog has not spared any train. 12301 Rajdhani Express coming from Howrah to New Delhi is currently running late by eight hours. This train left Manoharganj ahead of Prayagraj at around eight in the morning. 12314 Rajdhani Express from New Delhi to Sealdah is currently running late by about 13 hours. It was supposed to reach Kanpur at 9:15 last night, but today it reached Jalesar Road beyond Hathras by 8 am. 12423 Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express coming from Dibrugarh to New Delhi via Guwahati is also running late by six hours at this time. 22823 Rajdhani Express coming from Odisha’s capital Bhubaneswar to New Delhi via Tata, Gomoh, Gaya, Mughalsarai, Kanpur is currently running late by six hours. This train has left from Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction or Mughalsarai Junction at 6.15 am.
Khajuraho Kurukshetra Express late by 16.25 hours
11841 Kurukshetra Express from Khajuraho to Kurukshetra via New Delhi has left New Delhi at 7.15 am today. This train was from yesterday and today it is running late by 22 hours 15 minutes. 12414 Express from Jammu Tawi to Ajmer via New Delhi is currently running late by 13 hours. This train left Kathua railway station at eight in the morning. On the website of Railways, it has been expressed that it is likely to reach Delhi around 10 am in the day. But this does not seem possible.
Mahabodhi Express one and a half hour late

It is expected to reach Aligarh railway station at 9.30 am today. 15127 Kashi Vishwanath Express from Banaras to New Delhi has been canceled today. Yesterday also this train reached New Delhi with a delay of about two hours. Today’s 12801 Purushottam Express coming from Puri to New Delhi is currently running late by about seven and a half hours. It is expected to reach New Delhi around 12 o’clock in the day.
Vikramshila Express late by eight and a half hours
12919 Malwa Express going from Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (MHOW) of Madhya Pradesh to Shrimata Vaishno Devi Katra via Indore, Ujjain, New Delhi, Ambala has reached Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station of Delhi at 8.15 am with a delay of about four and a quarter hours. 15707 Katihar Amritsar Express from Katihar to Amritsar has just left Bhadan railway station ahead of Etawah at 08.02. At that time the train was running late by about 1.25 hours. Vikramshila Express coming to New Delhi via Bihar’s Bhagalpur, Jamalpur, Patna had left Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay or Mughalsarai Junction just 23 minutes late last night. But this train could not reach Kanpur Central till 8.30 in the morning. At present this train is running late by about eight and a half hours.
Rewa Anand Vihar Express late by four and a half hours
12427 Rewa Express coming from Rewa, Madhya Pradesh to Anand Vihar Terminal is running late by more than nine hours. It left Ramwa railway station before Kanpur at 08.08 am. 12417 Prayagraj Express coming from Prayagraj to New Delhi was delayed by about three hours last night from Prayagraj or Allahabad. Today at 8.15 am it reached Panki Gham railway station ahead of Kanpur. You add the time to reach New Delhi from there. However, Railways says that this train will reach New Delhi at around 1 pm in the day. 12225 Kaifiyat Express coming from Azamgarh to New Delhi was delayed by five hours from Azamgarh yesterday. At this time this train has not even reached Lucknow. Whereas as per time it was to reach Aishbagh railway station at 11 pm only last night. This train was canceled yesterday.
