Book Appointment
To visit Passport Seva Kendra or Regional Passport Office (RPO), you will have to take an online appointment. It is just like initially an appointment is taken for document verification, and you get all the documents checked at the Passport Seva Kendra or RPO. However, the only difference this time is that you have to take an appointment for enquiry.

Inquiry Appointment: This will provide information
This is called Inquiry Appointment. Click on Check Appointment Availability option on the Passport Seva website. After this you can check the appointment availability in your PSK/RPO. With this you will know on which date the appointment is vacant. Just keep in mind that you have to book an inquiry appointment.
This appointment will be booked by logging in to the Passport Seva portal with ID and password. By going to the passport office, you can ask about your application and why the file is stuck even after police verification. Passport staff will inform you about this and proceed with your passport processing. If everything goes well then you will get your passport soon.
