Without Helmet Ride: Big Update! These people are allowed to ride bikes without helmet, know the reason

Without Helmet Ride: These days many cases of accidents are coming to light in India. As people are getting more money, they have started buying cars for their convenience. Especially ever since the facility of finance has come, people have started buying vehicles in large numbers. As more vehicles are coming on the road, the number of accidents is also increasing. To prevent these accidents, people are requested to adopt safety measures.

If people are on bikes they are asked to wear helmets. Four wheeler drivers are instructed to wear seat belts. If this is not done then challan is issued to the drivers. But do you know that there are some people in India who are allowed not to wear helmet on the road. Yes, there is a group in India which, if caught driving a two-wheeler without a helmet on the road, is not issued a challan. Do you know who those people are?

Such is the rule

According to Helmet Regulation and Law in India, helmet is very important for two wheeler riders. According to Section 129, it is mandatory for anyone above four years of age who rides a bike or scooter to wear a helmet. This is a rule not only for the driver but also for the person sitting behind. If this is not done then a fine of Rs 1000 has to be paid. Or the driving license is canceled for three months. If the traffic police wants, both punishments can be given.

Their challan is not issued

There is a section in India which, even if caught on the road without a helmet, is not issued a challan. We are talking about people of Sikh community. Yes, Sikhs who wear turban are allowed to ride bikes without helmet on the roads of India. No traffic police can issue challan to them. However, if a Sikh is riding a bike without a turban, then he is required to wear a helmet. Being a Sikh does not exempt you from this. People get exemption just because they wear turban. Apart from these, if someone has a medical condition due to which he cannot wear a helmet, then with proof he can also be saved from the challan.
