Check balance through Umang App
- Install Umang App in your phone.
- After this you have to log in to the app.
- Now enter your UAN number.
- Now enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- After this you have to click on the member ID on the right side of the app.
- Download the e-passbook from here.
Check PF balance through message
EPFO can also check PF balance through message to the customer. For this you have to write “EPFO UAN” and message it to number 7738299899.
If you want to check PF balance in any special language, then you have to type the first three letters of the desired language. Understand it this way, if you want to check balance in Punjabi then you will have to write EPFOHO UAN PUN and message 7738299899.
Check EPFO balance by missed call
You have to give a missed call to 011-22901406 from your registered phone number. After this you will get a message where you will get EPFO details.
Please note that you will get the benefit of this service only if your UAN number is linked to your KYC.
Check balance from EPFO portal
- Go to EPFO portal and log in.
- Now click on “Our Services”.
- After this, select the option of “For employees” from the dropdown menu.
- Inside the service you have to click on “Member Passbook”.
- Now enter your UAN number and password.
- After this you have to log in to your EPF account by filling the correct details.
- Now you can easily check PF balance by opening PF passbook.
