Agra Divisional Commissioner Ritu Maheshwari has inaugurated this software in the authority office. The ERP with this app will provide significant assistance to the authority in digitization and management of allottees, tenants and plot layout etc.
The system created for the convenience of ADA allottees will be of great convenience to the people. Along with this, allottees will not have to make rounds of the authority to deposit their installments. The installment will be deposited online while sitting at home. The account of the amount will also be easily available. If the allottee does not have any receipt then its details will be available from the system. Along with this, in addition to the approved maps of buildings in the authority’s plans, information about the approved constructions done in the city will be available.
Software will be helpful in the process of plot allotment
ADA Vice President Churchich Gaur said that according to the earlier land audit report in the authority, the total properties in these schemes were 17414. Efforts have been made to ensure completeness of data and data of 19953 properties has been fed. Currently the work of data feeding is going on. Software has been developed for rental properties, through which all the rental properties of ADA will be fed and allotted to the tenant on rent.
