Axis Bank has increased the fixed deposit interest rate on FDs from 17 months to less than 18 months by 10 basis points (bps) for general citizens from 7.10% to 7.20%. For senior citizens, the bank has increased it from 7.75% to 7.85%.

The revised rates are applicable for FDs worth less than Rs 2 crore. For Axis Bank FD, the highest interest rate for individuals can go up to 7.20% and for senior citizens the highest interest rate can go up to 7.75%.

Axis Bank Latest FD Interest Rate
Axis Bank offers interest rates between 3% to 7.10% for general citizens on amounts less than Rs 2 crore for tenures ranging from 7 days to 10 years.
Axis Bank offers 3% interest rate on FDs between 7 to 29 days. The bank offers 3.5% interest rate on FDs payable in 30 to 45 days. Fixed deposits maturing between 46 to 60 days and less than 3 months will get 4.25% interest. Axis Bank offers 4.75% interest rate on FDs of three months to 25 days and less than six months. Axis Bank customers will get an interest rate of 6% on FDs maturing between nine months to less than one year. FD maturing between one year and less than 15 months will get an interest rate of 6.70%.
For FDs maturing between 15 months to less than five years (except 17 months < 18 months), the bank offers an interest rate of 7.1%. For tenure from 17 months to less than 18 months, the bank has increased it from 7.10% to 7.20%.
The bank gives an interest rate of 7% on FDs maturing between five years to 10 years.
