Express Train New Schedule: A new time table of South Bihar Express running from Rajendranagar Terminal to Durg has been released. Now this train will not start from Patna but from Arrah and will go to Durg via Rajendra Nagar.
Express Train New Schedule: The South Bihar Express running between Rajendra Nagar Terminal of Bihar’s capital Patna and Durg in Chhattisgarh has been expanded. Now this train will open from Arrah and will come and go till Durg via Rajendra Nagar. Notification of the time table related to the extended stations of this train was issued. However, the date from which this change will take place has not yet been given by the Railways. Under the new arrangement, this train will stop at Patna Junction, Danapur and Bihta between Rajendra Nagar Terminal and Arrah. In this regard, Union Minister and Arrah MP RK Singh gave information on social media platform X.
The Union Minister said that it has become easier for the people of nearby areas including Bhojpur to go to the fort. Now train number 13288/87 will run from Ara station. This train will be known as Ara-Rajendranagar-Durg South Bihar Express. This train will leave Arrah daily at 6.45 pm and will reach Durg at 8.40 pm the next day. Whereas this train will leave from Durg at 7 am and will reach Ara at 8.30 am.
While going from Durg to Ara, the stoppage of this train will be at Rajendra Nagar from 6.45 to 6.50 pm, at Patna Junction from 7.00 am to 7.10 pm, at Danapur from 7.27 am to 7.33 pm, at Bihta from 7.44 am to 7.46 pm. Stoppage timings at all other stations will remain the same. Union Minister RK Singh has expressed gratitude to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav for this.
