7th Pay Commission: Lottery held for central employees, now they will get additional leave of 2 years

7th Pay Commission: On July 28, the department has issued a new notification. The Service Children Leave Rules 1995 have been amended. The changes are based on consultation with state governments. Under the new rules, the central government has increased facilities for children. This amendment will benefit Indian Service employees. Employees and their families will get more support.

7th Pay Commission: Central government amended the leaves of AIS members, now they can take paid leave for 2 years. Under the new rule, these employees will get leave for the care of elder children for 2 years. This leave will benefit the career of AIS employees. The government has considered time travel as important to help care for children. With the new rule, AIS members are being suggested to keep family companions. The Department of Personnel has issued a new notification on 28th July.

According to the notification, the All India Service Children Leave Rule 1995 has been amended. Based on consultation with state governments, AIS employees will receive salaries under the Seventh Pay Commission. The aim is to provide new benefits to AIS employees.

With the new notification, government employees are being motivated to work more enthusiastically. As a result of the notification, the government plans to provide new facilities to AIS members. With this amendment AIS members are being urged to retain families and employees.

7th Pay Commission DA Chart

The DA (Deerence Allowance) chart under the 7th Pay Commission is a summary table that shows the value of allowances and dearness allowances received by government employees.

Inflation Support: DA provides support over the years to protect against inflation.

Improvement of economic condition: The chart is helpful in improving the economic condition, informs the employees regarding high inflation.

Welfare of Government Employees: DA chart helps in ensuring fair and affordable salaries to government employees.

Security of permanency: DA can change in inflationary circumstances, which helps in providing permanency and security to the employees.

Social Balance: The DA chart maintains social balance through ensuring equitable wages.

730 days leave will be given to take care of 2 children

  • 730 days leave, before children turn 18, for parenting, education, illness.
  • Leave can be availed both during service and after retirement.
  • By providing equal opportunities to members, women and men will contribute to prosperity.
  • The holiday will give families a chance to spend time with children.
  • This is a measure to ensure the overall development of children.
  • Will take steps towards prosperity and equality.
  • Vacation will create a society dedicated to motherhood and fatherhood.
  • This will open the way for professional advancement of women in the society.
  • Another medium to motivate children in the right direction.
  • Will suggest families to increase collective responsibility.
  • Will increase the confidence of cooperation and support in the society.
  • This will take steps towards proper management of population.

How much money will you get during vacation

The member will get 100% salary in the first 365 days. 80% salary will be given for the next 365 days. Salary will continue even on leave. The scheme will allow members to enjoy safe and enjoyable holidays. Employees and their families will benefit more. This scheme will lead to personal and professional improvement.

Only three holidays in the calendar

  • The government does not give more than three days leave, single women get 6 days leave.
  • Child Care Leave consists of only five days of leave.
  • The government has prescribed holidays in various categories for equality.
  • Women getting more leave is a step towards social equality.
  • Due to limited leave under child care, women are getting a lifeline.

A separate account for holidays

According to the notification, the children leave account will not be linked with other leaves. A special account will be created for the members to avail separate holidays. Employees will not get the benefit of children leave care during the probation period. Each account will be set aside for different holidays.

Members will receive separate notification for the new account. It is prohibited to add Children’s Leave Care during probation. Employees will not get any benefit from this. Independent account members will get special features for holidays. The new account will have a separate identity for the members.
