ICICI Bank Credit Card Charges: ICICI Bank has revised the charges on credit cards. In which many types of cards have been included.
ICICI Bank Credit Card Charges: ICICI Bank has announced to amend the structure of charges for different credit cards, which will be effective from March 2024. This includes credit card types like Platinum, Coral, Rubix and Saphiro as well as other credit cards available on the ICICI Bank website including Amazon.
Giving information, the bank has said that the new charges are applicable equally on all cards, no matter which network variant is chosen, unless it is clearly stated that no charges will be levied on your card.
With the exception of the Accelero ICICI Bank Credit Card, card benefits with no joining or annual charge will not be available.
ICICI Bank clarified that cards obtained without any joining or annual charge will not attract this charge initially, the bank reserves the right to modify its policy and impose annual charge in future following the regulatory guidelines.
A look at the charges structure
Joining Fee: Rs 500 + Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Annual Fee: Rs 500 + GST from second year onwards, waived off if expenditure in previous year exceeds Rs 1.5 lakh.
On the other hand, ICICI Bank has announced a revised standard for availing the benefit of complimentary airport lounge access.
Starting April 1, 2024, customers will need to spend a minimum of Rs 35,000 in the previous calendar quarter to unlock a complimentary airport lounge access for the next quarter.
