IMD Heatwave Alert: In the beginning of April, heat has started showing its trailer. According to the information received by the Meteorological Department, heat wave will last for 20 days in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh in April itself. People of these states will have to face severe heat in the month of April itself.
Severe heat in Uttar Pradesh also
Westerly wind is blowing rapidly in UP. Due to this, people are facing problems from both strong sunlight and wind. At the same time, it was sunny in Uttar Pradesh since morning on Wednesday. As the day progressed the temperature also kept increasing. An increase was recorded in the maximum and minimum temperatures as compared to Tuesday.
Prayagraj was the hottest in the state with a maximum temperature of 40.7 degrees Celsius. Varanasi was the second hottest city in the state. The maximum temperature recorded there was 40 degrees Celsius. Agra was the third hottest city in the state. Delhi weather condition
Delhi will remain partly cloudy on April 4. The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain in Delhi on April 5. According to IMD, the maximum temperature of Delhi may remain between 35 to 37 degrees Celsius this entire week. At the same time, the minimum temperature is likely to be between 17 to 19 degrees Celsius.
School children are facing problems in Jharkhand
The weather of the entire state including the capital is continuously fluctuating. Heavy rain and snowfall in these states
The Meteorological Department has said that there will be hailstorm in Mizoram. There is a possibility of thunderstorm and storm in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur and Mizoram. There may be rain and snowfall in Arunachal Pradesh from April 3 to April 7. Whereas there is a possibility of very heavy rain on April 6.
Assam and Meghalaya may receive heavy rain on 4th and 5th. There was light to moderate rainfall in the plains of Kashmir Valley on Wednesday. Due to which the temperature dropped and normal activities were disrupted. The weather is likely to remain cold even today.
Snowfall in Uttarakhand
Clouds have been continuing in Doon and surrounding areas for the last two days. Light sunshine has been shining amidst partial clouds since morning. Due to which the temperature is also lower than normal and there is relief from the heat at the moment. At the same time, due to light snowfall on the higher peaks, cold winds are also blowing in the lower areas.
