According to the information shared by the Meteorological Department, two consecutive western disturbances will be active over the western Himalayan regions. The first western disturbance will hit various areas of Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand from April 10, while the second one will hit from April 13. The effect of this western disturbance will also be seen on the plains. Due to this, thunderstorms and snowfall can be seen in various areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand during April 10 to 15.

According to the Meteorological Department, the effect of these western disturbances will also be visible on the plains of northwestern India. Movement of clouds will be seen in Delhi NCR areas from April 9. The weather will be bad on April 11. The sky will be partly cloudy in Delhi NCR on April 11. There is a possibility of drizzle at one or two places in the morning. The weather will be clear on 12th April but from 13th April the weather will turn bad again.

The Meteorological Department (India Meteorological Department) has warned that the weather will be bad in Delhi NCR on 13 and 14 April. A warning of thunderstorm and rain has been issued on both these days. Due to these western disturbances, the weather will remain bad in Punjab and Haryana also. The weather will be bad in Punjab and Haryana during 13 to 15 April. A warning of light rain with thunder and strong winds has been issued on both days.

Due to strong sunlight throughout the day in Delhi, the maximum mercury on Monday was two degrees above normal. The same weather trend will continue in the next two days. The day’s maximum temperature recorded at Delhi’s Standard Observatory Safdarjung was 37.1 degrees Celsius, which is two degrees above normal, while the minimum temperature was 17.4 degrees Celsius, which is three degrees below normal. The humidity level ranged from 68 to 21 percent. At the same time, in Delhi’s weather stations like Pusa, Pitampura, Narela, Najafgarh and Ridge, the maximum temperature crossed 38 degrees.

The Meteorological Department estimates that the maximum temperature on Tuesday may be 38 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature may be 18 degrees Celsius. Wind speed can range from 12 to 20 kilometers per hour. At the same time, due to various weather factors, Delhi’s air quality index remained at 190 on Monday. The air at this level is kept in the moderate category. This clean level of air quality is expected to persist for the next two days.
