According to a report by Livemint, Indian Railways has informed in a release that the special train will run from Chennai Egmore to Nagercoil on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of this month. These Vande Bharat Summer Special trains will have stops at Tambaram, Villupuram, Thiruchi, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudhunagar and Tirunelveli. The special thing is that Railways operates special trains every year during festival time.
Train number 06057 will depart from Chennai Egmore at 5 am. This train will reach Nagercoil at 2:10 pm. Train number 06058 will start its return journey from Nagercoil at 2:50 pm and reach Chennai Egmore at 11:45 pm.
West Railway will run three pairs of unreserved special trains
For the convenience of passengers and to meet their travel demand, Western Railway has decided to run three pairs of unreserved special trains on special fares. According to a press release issued by the Public Relations Department here on Tuesday, Train No. 09041/09042 Udhna-Chhapra-Udhna Unreserved Special Train [10 trips]: Train No. 09041 Udhna-Chhapra Special Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday, 10, 11, It will depart from Udhna at 1125 hrs on 12, 15 and 17 April and reach Chhapra at 1900 hrs the next day.
Similarly, Train No. 09042 Chhapra-Udhna Special will depart at 2300 hrs on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Tuesday, 11, 12, 13, 16 and 18 April and will reach Udhna at 0730 hrs on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Thursday. This train will stop at Chalthan, Bardoli, Nandurbar, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chhivki, Varanasi, Jaunpur, Ghazipur City and Ballia stations in both directions. This train will have second class general coaches.
Train No. 09037/09038 Udhna-Bhagalpur-Nandurbar Unreserved Special Train (04 trips): Train No. 09037 Udhna-Bhagalpur special will depart from Udhna at 1125 hrs on Saturday and Tuesday, 13th and 16th April and reach Bhagalpur at 2000 hrs the next day. Similarly, Train No. 09038 Bhagalpur-Nandurbar Special will depart from Bhagalpur at 2300 hrs on Sunday and Wednesday, 14th and 17th April and will reach Nandurbar at 0700 hrs on Tuesday and Friday.
