According to the IMD, the maximum temperatures are likely to fluctuate with cloudy sky over the rest of the state including Marathwada, Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan.
According to the information of the Meteorological Department, there has been a warning of stormy winds and hailstorm in Washim, Yavatmal, Wardha, Chandrapur, Bhandara, Gadchiroli districts. Vidarbha, Marathwada and remaining parts of Central Maharashtra have been warned of strong winds with a speed of 40 to 50 km per hour, lightning and rain.

The highest temperatures in the state were recorded in Malegaon and Solapur on Wednesday. The temperature was recorded at 41.6 degrees Celsius in Malegaon and 40.2 degrees Celsius in Solapur. Storm warning has been issued today in Ahmednagar, Solapur, Sangli, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Beed, Dharashiv, Latur, Parbhani, Hingoli, Nanded, Buldana, Akola, Amravati, Nagpur, Gondia. At the same time, warning of storm and hailstorm has been given in Washim, Yavatmal, Wardha, Chandrapur, Bhandara, Gadchiroli.
