In view of the scorching heat and heat wave, the timing of all private and government schools in Patna has been changed. Now classes will not be held in the afternoon. New school timings will be like this from April 20
Under the order, educational activities will remain suspended from 11.30 am to 4.30 pm till April 30. This order is for students up to class 10th, so classes for class 11th and 12th students will continue as before. However, classes up to 10th will end by 11.30 am. Primary schools in Patna district will be operated in shifts from 6:30 am to 11:30 am. This order applies to all private schools, government schools, pre-primary, Anganwadi centers and class 10th.
