1. Challan for installing fancy number plate
It is illegal to use any kind of fancy number plate on vehicles. The government has fixed a style sheet for number plates. Under this, all the digits on the number plate should be clearly visible and not written in a fancy manner. Number plates certified by RTO should always be used.
2. Strong invoice on modification
Making modifications to a motorcycle or scooter is also illegal. These days the traffic police is catching modified motorcycles and issuing challans to them. Under the new traffic rules, any modification done to any vehicle is illegal. You may be fined for this. The bike can also be confiscated.

People install a silencer in the bike which makes loud noise or releases firecrackers from it. Police can catch you if you use this type of silencer.
