In the information released by the board on its website, it has been said that the results of 10th-12th will be released after May 20. Earlier it was being claimed that the result could be released by May 12. But now it has been confirmed that the result will come after the third week of May i.e. after May 20. The result will be activated by the board on https://cbseresults.nic.in/.
30 lakh students have participated
CBSE Board will release the result of 10th-12th 2024 on the official website after 20th May i.e. from 21st to 25th May. This time around 30 lakh students have appeared in the CBSE Board 10th-12th examination. Tight security arrangements were made by the board during the examination. The examination was conducted at designated centers in the country as well as abroad.
Last year more than 90 percent students passed
Last year, the CBSE board class 10th and 12th results were released on May 12, 2023. The overall pass percentage for class 10th was recorded at 93.12%, while the pass percentage for class 12th was 87.33%.
Board will not release topper list
CBSE Board has decided to permanently stop releasing the merit list for top performing students in both 10th and 12th examinations. The decision aims to reduce the spread of “unhealthy competition” among students. In such a situation, toppers list will not be released by the board.
