Tarrif Plan Price Hike: You must have noticed that most of the phones available at present have two SIM slots. Meaning a user can use two SIMs. However, having 2 SIM cards is going to be expensive in the coming days. Regarding this, a new plan has been made by Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea.
There is a strong possibility of increase in the price of tariff plans in the coming days in the telecom sector. Earlier in December 2021, the price of the tariff plan was increased. In this situation, more than two and a half years have passed. But no change has been seen in the plans of Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea. In such a situation, industry experts are claiming that Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea can increase their prepaid and postpaid recharge plans in the next few months.
Problems will increase for people with 2 SIM cards
If you use two SIM cards in the phone, your problems may increase. Because you may have to pay a higher price to keep the second SIM active. Let us tell you that at present, to keep Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea SIM active, a minimum recharge of Rs 150 has to be done. But after the increase in tariff, to keep the SIM activated, instead of Rs 150, you may have to pay Rs 180 to Rs 200. It simply means that if you use two SIMs, you will have to recharge at least Rs 400 monthly i.e. for 28 days.
How much will the price of which plans increase?
If you recharge for Rs 300 monthly, then after the increase in tariff you will have to pay around Rs 75 more per month. If you do a monthly recharge of Rs 500, you will have to pay Rs 125 extra.
Monthly expenses will increase
Reliance Jio and Airtel may soon launch 5G recharge plan, which is completely free as of now. In such a situation, if you keep one SIM 5G and one SIM 4G, then your monthly expenditure can increase by about 50 percent, because the price of 5G plan will be higher than 4G. Also, the price of 4G plan is being increased.
