HDFC Bank has informed its customers through SMS that some services will not be available during the upgrade window on June 9 and 16. The bank has informed its customers through email and SMS that all its HDFC Bank mobile banking services will not be available. HDFC Bank has planned a system upgrade for HDFC Bank related services on the given dates, due to which the service will not be available during that time.
When will HDFC Bank service not be available
9 June 2024 from 3:30 am to 6:30 am IST. That is, customers will not get the bank’s service for three hours.
16 June 2024 from 3:30 am to 7:30 am IST. Customers will not get bank service for four hours.
What services will be available

In the earlier scheduled maintenance, HDFC Bank debit, credit and prepaid card transactions were not available from 12:30 AM – 2:30 AM on June 4, 2024 and from 12:30 AM – 2:30 AM on June 6. All debit, credit, prepaid card services are temporarily not available on HDFC Bank ATMs, POS (card swipe machines at stores), online (payment gateway portals) and Netsafe transactions.
Will HDFC Bank RuPay cards work?
HDFC Bank RuPay cards will not work for online transactions on other (non HDFC Bank) payment gateways as well.
What is the new limit for SMS alerts for UPI transactions?
HDFC Bank customers will now get SMS updates only for transactions above Rs 100 (money sent/paid) and Rs 500 (money received).
