IMD Alert: Weather department gave good news on heavy rains, it is raining in these states

Meteorological Department says that the conditions are being created again for the monsoon to gain momentum. The IMD says that the monsoon is likely to enter Uttar Pradesh in the next four to five days.

Raifall Update: Amidst the scorching heat in North-West India, the Meteorological Department has given a relief update. The Meteorological Department says that favorable conditions are being created for the stalled monsoon to move forward. In such a situation, the monsoon will pick up speed again in four to five days and there will be heavy rain in the northern states including Uttar Pradesh-Bihar, Jharkhand. Let us tell you that the monsoon is not moving forward after June 10. According to the scheduled time, the monsoon can reach Uttar Pradesh by June 15. However, due to the delay, now we may have to wait four to five more days for rain.

Actually, this time the monsoon moved at a very fast speed due to the Ramal cyclone. It was being told that this time the monsoon is moving two days in advance. On the other hand, by June 10, the monsoon stopped. Actually, two branches of monsoon remain active from June to September. One branch enters from the Bay of Bengal and the other comes from the Arabian Sea. The Meteorological Department says that the branch of the Bay of Bengal may have slowed down, but the monsoon winds blowing from the Arabian Sea are holding their speed.

It is raining in these states

Many states are receiving monsoon rains at this time. This includes some areas of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan. However, the eastern branch of the monsoon is more important for North India. Due to its weakening, there is a lack of rain in the north. If you notice, this time from winter to May-June, there has been very little rain in North India. On the other hand, there is more rain in the southern states. Flood-like conditions have also arisen in the Northeast due to rain.

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in Bengal and the northeastern states after the next four days. After this, it will move towards UP and Bihar. At present, heat wave alert has been issued in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab and Haryana. Due to western winds, there is no hope of relief from heat in Haryana, Punjab, Delhi and other areas of the North. It may take till June 30 for the monsoon to reach Delhi.
