When HDFC Bank service will not be available
13 July 2024 from 3:00 am to 4:30 pm IST. That is, customers will not get the bank’s service for about 13 hours.
According to HDFC Bank’s email, to reduce the inconvenience, we have decided to do this upgrade on the second Saturday of the bank holiday. The bank said that then it is advising its customers to do their banking work in advance. Banks are working to improve their systems to provide better service to customers. HDFC Bank has emailed its customers to inform them that it is upgrading the system to improve online service, to manage high traffic.

In the earlier scheduled maintenance, HDFC Bank debit, credit and prepaid card transactions will be available in online service on June 4 and June 13 due to system upgrade.

HDFC Bank RuPay cards will not work for online transactions on other (non HDFC Bank) payment gateways as well.
What is the new limit of SMS alerts for UPI transactions?
