Two Board Exams in a year CBSE News: Students preparing for board exams, pay attention. The pattern of the upcoming board exam may be different from before. Because the government has started preparing to implement board exams twice a year. At present, the policy is being formulated regarding CBSE 12th board exam. Earlier, where there used to be only one CBSE Board Exam in February-March, now there will be boards twice a year and the second board exam will be conducted in the month of June.

Till now, if a student fails in any subject in 12th, he gets a chance to give supplementary exam in only one subject, that too in July. Children who could not pass the exam or whose result came compartment, could also give supplementary exam. But now you will be able to directly appear in the second board exam in June. In the second exam to be held in June, they will be able to re-appear for any subject or all subjects of their choice.

CBSE Two Board Exam: Result in August

According to sources, CBSE will take about 15 days to conduct the second exam and one month to declare the result. In this way, the results of the second board exam will come in August. The final result will be declared on the basis of the exam in which the marks are good. Just like in JEE Main.

According to the report, the Ministry of Education has asked the CBSE Board to prepare a proposal to conduct board exams twice a year. This plan will be implemented from 2026. However, the government has not yet decided how the exams will be conducted twice. But one option is that the second exam should be held in June.

The government is also considering how much time it will take to conduct the second board exam and what will be the schedule of the second entrance examinations. Also, how much the evaluation burden will increase on teachers is also being considered. Keeping in mind the schools located in snow-covered areas, the first board exam cannot start before February.

Initially, CBSE may give the option of appearing for the second exam for difficult subjects in June.
