UP Post Graduate Admission 2024: The process of admission in master’s degree courses is going on in two big universities of Uttar Pradesh, AKTU and DSMRU Punarvas Vishwavidyalaya. AKTU M.Tech Admission 2024: The last date for counselling has been fixed for admission to the M.Tech course running at the Center for Advanced Studies (CAS) of AKTU. Online applications are still being taken. The process of application for M.Tech course for the academic session 2024-25 is still going on in AKTU. Dean Academics Dr. Anuj Kumar Sharma said that applications for M.Tech course in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology and Automation, Nanotechnology and Energy Science and Technology streams can be applied till August 31.
There are a total of 90 seats in five streams of M.Tech. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has given permission for admission to 18-18 seats in all streams. Those who pass GATE will also be given a monthly stipend as per AICTE rules. Counseling will be held from September 3.
Direct admission for GATE pass
Those who pass GATE and CUET PG 2024 exam will get direct admission. To apply, it is mandatory to have a degree of B.Tech, MCA and M.Sc (according to the stream). Candidates without GATE and CUET pass will also be able to apply in M.Tech. Instructions have been issued for this. All the information has been uploaded on the website.
Rehabilitation University: Counseling of M.Sc Statistics on September 2
Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University has released the first merit list of MSc Statistics and second merit list of MPO under the admission process for the academic session 2024-25. Candidates can check the list on the university website. Rehabilitation University spokesperson Dr. Yashwant Veeroday said that the counseling of MSc Statistics will be held on September 2. Candidates have to appear in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in room number 107 on the first floor of Academic Block A-1 by 10 am.
Candidates have to appear before the admission committee at the time of counseling with self-attested photocopies of their documents, original copies and prescribed fee. Also, photocopies of online application, 10th, 12th and graduation mark sheets and degrees and four passport size photographs will also have to be brought. The course fee for non-disabled persons is Rs 19,805 and for disabled persons it is Rs 9305.
MPO counselling on 4th September
The second merit list of MPO course has been released by the Rehabilitation University. Counselling for this will be organised on 4th September. Candidates included in the list have to undergo counselling in room number 6 on the third floor of the Artificial Limb and Rehabilitation Centre from 10 am to 3 pm.
