Vande Bharat: Saffron coloured Agra-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express will run from 23, it will have stoppages at these stations

Agra Varanasi Vande Bharat Route Agra-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express is starting from 23 September. This train will run six days a week and will be cancelled on Fridays. This train will leave from Agra at 6 am and reach Varanasi at 1 pm. It will leave Varanasi at 3.20 pm and reach Agra at 10.20 pm. Running of this train will promote tourism.

Agra-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express will run every day except Friday from 23 September. This eight coach train will leave from Cantt station at 6 am and reach Varanasi at 1 pm. It will leave Varanasi at 3.20 pm and reach Cantt at 10.20 pm. It will cover a distance of 551 km in seven hours. Running of this train will promote tourism.

For the last one year, there has been a demand for Vande Bharat from Agra to Prayagraj and Varanasi. Currently three Vande Bharat trains are running in Agra Railway Division. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had flagged off the Agra-Varanasi Vande Bharat train on 16 September through virtual medium from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

A special program was held on platform number six of Agra Cantt station regarding the fourth Vande Bharat. Union Minister of State for Panchayati Raj Prof. SP Singh Baghel and Union Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu participated in it. Union Minister of State for Panchayati Raj traveled by train from Agra to Tundla.

Vande Bharat with eight coaches will run from 23rd

Chief Public Relations Officer, North Central Railway Prayagraj Zone Shashikant Tripathi said that Vande Bharat with eight coaches will run from 23rd September. It will have seven chair cars and one executive class coach. This train will stop at Tundla Junction, Etawah Junction, Kanpur Central and Prayagraj Junction.

The train will stop for five minutes each at Kanpur Central and Prayagraj Junction and two minutes each at the rest of the stations. The repair work of the train will be done in Agra. The loco pilot and guard of North Central Railway will drive this train.

The train will have 602 seats

78 passengers can travel in a chair car coach and 56 passengers in an executive class coach. The saffron coloured Vande Bharat has CCTV cameras installed inside and outside the coach. There will be seven chair cars and one executive class coach in the eight coaches. That means there will be a total of 602 seats.
