Zip Electric, a leading company in the EV-as-a-service sector, has launched a special ‘Zip Diwali Bonanza’ campaign for its delivery partners, called ‘Zip Pilots’, this Diwali. The campaign will run from October 20 to November 20 and under this, delivery partners will be given financial and career growth benefits.
New Delhi. Zip Electric has announced special offers and benefits for its delivery partners this Diwali. The company said that this campaign is especially to appreciate the contribution of those pilots who provide their services in quick-commerce and food delivery during busy times like Diwali. Under this ‘Zip Diwali Bonanza’ campaign, the five longest-associated Zip pilots will be given a share of Rs 15 lakh in the form of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
The leadership of Zip Electric believes that this move not only honors the hard work of the pilots but also provides financial stability and future security to gig workers. Zip Electric aims to empower its delivery partners and provide them better career opportunities.
Opportunity to double income
Additionally, under the Zip Diwali Bonanza, the top 30 pilots across India will be awarded gold and silver coins based on their excellence. Also, on Diwali day i.e. October 31, all Zip pilots — current and former — will be able to double their income, which is a special opportunity to take advantage of the increasing demand of the festive season.
Own an EV at no additional cost
Zip Electric has also introduced a rent-to-own scheme, under which Zip pilots can own their electric scooter at no additional cost. This scheme encourages pilots who have been associated with the company for a long time and provides them with an opportunity to get their own vehicle.
