UGC NET December 2024: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has included “Ayurveda Biology” as a new subject in the UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET) starting from December 2024. The decision was approved during the 581st meeting of the UGC held on June 25, 2024, following the recommendations of an expert committee.
The UGC NET conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) is an important examination for determining eligibility for lectureship and awarding Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian universities.
