The traffic police have started taking action against such habitual and careless drivers. A letter has been written to the District Transport Officer (DTO) to cancel the driving licenses of 133 drivers who have violated traffic rules 20 or more times in the last six months, and to suspend the driving licenses of 5591 people who have broken the rules five times. Not only this, now a criminal case will also be registered against those who put people’s lives at risk by driving carelessly.

A recommendation has been made to the DTO to cancel the driving license of drivers with 20 or more challans and suspend the license of those who violate traffic rules five times in a row.
