School Holiday 2024: Big relief for students, now schools will remain closed for these many days, order issued

Online classes will be conducted in all the schools of Ghaziabad on 19 November. An order has also been issued by District Magistrate Indra Vikram Singh regarding online classes. Holiday has been declared on 20 November.

School Holiday 2024: There is relief news for school students. Due to increasing pollution in Delhi and Haryana, the state government has decided to close the schools. The Delhi government has implemented Grape-4 from today, Monday, under which physical classes have been announced to be closed in Delhi schools from Monday, although 10th and 12th classes will continue in physical mode.

It has been decided to keep schools closed in the neighboring state of Haryana due to pollution. Schools up to class 5 will remain closed till further orders. Online classes of children will be conducted. The Directorate of Education has given this instruction to the Deputy Commissioners (DM) and DC of all the districts. The order will come into effect from Monday, November 18. At present, as per the orders, it has been decided to keep the primary schools of Gurgaon, Sonipat, Jhajjar, Rohtak closed.

Schools will remain closed in these districts on November 20

On November 20, schools will remain closed due to by-elections on nine assembly seats of UP, Karhal, Sisamau, Kundarki, Ghaziabad, Phulpur, Majhawan, Katehari, Khair and Meerapur. Schools will remain closed in all states on November 24 due to Sunday.

On November 19, online classes will be conducted in all schools of Ghaziabad. An order has also been issued by District Magistrate Indra Vikram Singh regarding online classes.

On November 20, elections are to be held on 38 assembly seats in Jharkhand and 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra and by-elections are to be held on 9 seats in Uttar Pradesh, 4 in Punjab, one seat each in Kerala and Uttarakhand. By-election will also be held on Nanded parliamentary seat of Maharashtra, so holiday has been declared in the schools of these districts.

By-elections are going to be held in the state’s Rabarnala, Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur and Sri Muktsar Sahib districts on November 20, so a holiday has been declared in the schools here. According to the notification of the Education Department issued by the Punjab Government, there will be a local holiday on November 20 in government offices, boards, corporations and educational institutions in Sri Muktsar Sahib, Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur and Barnala districts.

Winter holidays in MP from December to January

The Mohan government of Madhya Pradesh has declared a 6-day winter holiday in all private and government schools. There will be a winter holiday in schools from 31 December 2024 to 4 January 2025, but after this there is a Sunday holiday on 5 January. Therefore, students and teachers will get 6 consecutive days of holidays. The operation of schools will start from Monday 6 January.
