Yamuna-Noida Expressway Rules changed, read them before boarding or else you will incur heavy losses

Taking strict action against speeding vehicles on Yamuna Expressway, the traffic police issued more than 150 e-challans on November 7.

Expressway Rules changed: The speed limit is likely to be reduced on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway from December 15 to February 15 as a standard safety measure implemented every year due to fog during winters. With the onset of winter, traffic arrangements have been tightened on both the expressways.

DCP (Traffic) Yamuna Prasad said, “During winter, visibility on the roads decreases due to fog, making it difficult to drive vehicles. The roads also become slippery due to cold, increasing the chances of accidents. To avoid any untoward incident, we are planning to reduce the speed limit on Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway soon.”
