Mahakumbh 2025 Special Train: Special train will run from Bhopal to Banaras, note the time table

Mahakumbh 2025 Special Train: In view of the ongoing Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, the Railways has announced to run special trains continuously. This train will run between Bhopal and Banaras.

Mahakumbh 2025 Special Train: For those going to the ongoing Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, a special train is going to be run by the Bhopal division of Railways between Rani Kamalavati Railway Station and Banaras. This train will run two days a week. Keeping in mind the Mahakumbh 2025, the Railway Administration is running Rani Kamalapati-Banaras-Rani Kamalapati Kumbh Mela Express Special Train with the aim of providing smooth, safe and comfortable travel to the devotees and passengers, which will pass through Rani Kamalapati, Mandideep, Obedullaganj, Budni, Narmadapuram and Itarsi stations of Bhopal Division.

What is the schedule of Kumbh Special Train

It has been told that the special train will depart from Rani Kamlapati twice weekly from January 16 to February 20, every Monday and Thursday at 11:10 am and will reach Banaras the next day at 10:15 am.

Similarly, the special train will depart from Banaras every Tuesday and Friday from January 17 to February 21 at 2 pm and will reach Rani Kamlapati the next day at 11:30 am.

The train will stop at these stations

It has been told that on the way, this train will stop at Mandideep, Obedullaganj, Budhni, Narmadapuram, Itarsi, Sohagpur, Pipariya, Gadarwara, Kareli, Narsinghpur, Shridham, Madanmahal, Jabalpur Junction, Deori, Sihora Road, Katni Junction, Jhukahi, Maihar, Satna Junction, Jaitwar, Majhgawan, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Mirzapur and Chunar stations in both directions.

The Kumbh Special will have a total of 22 coaches including two AC second class, four AC third class, seven AC third class economy, five sleeper class and two general class. It is known that a large number of devotees are going to Prayagraj from every part of the country. A large number of devotees are also going from Madhya Pradesh. Railways has made special arrangements to ensure smooth and convenient travel for them.
