New Tickets Booking Service: Passengers are now getting general tickets easily at Jabalpur railway station. Passengers are very happy in such a situation, in which most of the passengers have become cashless. Meaning they are transacting money through the QR code system created by the railways. Actually, Jabalpur Railway Division has provided the facility of 113 ATVM machines at its 25 major stations. Also, there is a facility to make digital payment, due to which passengers are very happy.

Passenger Mahesh Burman told that general tickets are also available through QR code. Not only this, tickets are being given from ATVM machines. The biggest thing is that we have got rid of long lines. The tension of change has also gone away. In such a situation, many times the train used to be missed. This system of railways is very good and convenient. Now there is no fear of missing the train and no worry of leaving home early to get the ticket.

Passengers get convenience through digital facility

Senior DCM Dr. Madhur Verma said that the commercial department of Jabalpur Railway Division has installed QR codes at the reservation and unreserved windows of all the stations including Jabalpur, Madan Mahal, Katni, Narsinghpur, Gadarwara, Pipariya, Satna, Maihar, Rewa, Damoh, Sagar under passenger convenience. Due to this, passengers are paying for their tickets through digital means. By making digital payment, passengers are also avoiding the problem of change and standing in line at unreserved windows by making quick payment.

113 ATVM machines in 25 stations

He further informed that 113 ATVM machines have been provided at 25 major stations of the division, which have the facility of making digital payments. Similarly, the facility of QR code display has also been provided in the parcel office at 9 stations of the division, which is being used by thousands of passengers daily.
