EPFO shareholders can change their mobile number in UAN, this is the complete process

EPFO shareholders: Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) is a great tool of social security for the employed and retired people.





Now every shareholder can easily get his PF account information. EPFO issues a Universal Account Number (UAN). Now people can easily change their mobile number sitting at home in their UAN.

Mobile number registration required

New members are required to register their mobile number while signing-up on EPFO ​​member portal. This is because messages related to all types of PFs fall on this number.

This is step-by-step process

First of all, you have to go to the portal of UAN member service. After this, a link named “UAN Member e-Sewa” will appear in the online service section on the right side of the main window. Clicking on this link will open a new window.

Go to Manage Option

After login, you will see a button for Manage in the menu section. After clicking this, select the CONTACT DETAILS option in a drop down menu.

Option to change the selected mobile number

After this, the option to change the mobile number has to be selected. After this, a new updated mobile number will have to be entered. After this, click on the Get Authorization Pin button.

Change after saving OTP

Now after entering OTP, click on the Save Changes button. After this, a message will appear on the screen in which your contact details have been successfully updated.
