Comedian Kapil Sharma has filed a fraud complaint against car designer Dilip Chhabria. Mumbai police say a complaint has been filed against car designer Dilip Chhabria for allegedly cheating. Comedian Kapil Sharma has been summoned by the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police as a witness for his statement regarding the alleged fraud and forgery case of car designer Dilip Chhabria.
According to the information, Kapil Sharma had given money to Chhabria to make his vanity ban. But the work was not completed and money was taken. Kapil Sharma said in his statement that he had asked Dilip Chhabria to design his vanity van, but he did not deliver the vehicle to Kapil despite being paid.

According to the information given by Kapil Sharma, he had given Rs. 5.50 crore to Dilip Chhabria to design the vanity van. It is noteworthy that a case has been registered against Chhabria for fake registration. The police have called Kapil to give information and statement on the earlier complaint.
Significantly, the country’s leading car designer Dilip Chhabria was arrested by the CIU unit of Mumbai Crime Branch in a case of forgery and fraud, his expensive luxury sports car has also been seized by the Mumbai Police. The Mumbai Police has registered a case against Dilip Chhabria under section 420,365,467,468,120 (B) 34 Act.
