This rule is applicable for the bike- According to Delhi Traffic Police, side mirrors have now been made necessary in the bike. If a person is caught on a bike without side mirrors, then he has to pay fine. At the same time, Delhi Traffic Police said that both these rules already exist in the Motor Vehicle Act 1988 and the Central Motor Vehicle Act 1989, which are being implemented recently.
