Petrol Price Today 27 January 2021 Updates: Petrol prices are making new records every day. Even today oil companies have increased the prices of petrol from 22 paise to 25 paise, diesel prices have also increased from 25 paise to 27 paise. After this increase, petrol prices have reached new record levels in most cities.




New Delhi: Petrol Price 27 January 2021 Update: Petrol diesel prices are reaching new peak of inflation everyday. The general public is suffering due to this. Petrol in Delhi has crossed Rs 86, Petrol in Mumbai has reached close to Rs 93. Diesel in Kolkata has crossed 80 rupees. Daily petrol prices in Delhi are breaking their own record of All Time High. Diesel in Delhi will also cross Rs 77 in the next one or two days.

Apart from Delhi, petrol prices have increased in other metro cities as well. Today, the rate of petrol in Mumbai is Rs 92.86 per liter, in Kolkata the rate is Rs 87.69 and in Chennai it is Rs 88.82 per liter.

Petrol in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan crosses Rs 101

Petrol is getting the most expensive in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan as compared to the four metrol cities of the country. According to the IOC website, the price of normal petrol here is Rs 98.40 per liter, while the rate of extra premium petrol has reached Rs 101.15 per liter. In Jaipur, Rajasthan, the petrol rate is Rs 93.86 per liter and diesel is being sold at Rs 85.94 per liter.

There has been a steady increase in the prices of petrol and diesel since 6 January 2021. There is a stir in the whole world about the Corona vaccine, vaccination has started, due to which there is a spurt in crude oil, this is affecting the prices of domestic petrol and diesel. There is little hope of getting relief in the coming days also.

Petrol costs Rs 12.59, diesel Rs 9.77, up from last year

Petrol has become expensive by Rs 2.59 per liter in this month i.e. January. On January 1, the rate of petrol in Delhi was Rs 83.71 per liter, now it has been Rs 86.30 per liter. Similarly, diesel in Delhi has become expensive by Rs 2.61 per liter so far in January. On January 1, the rate of diesel in Delhi was Rs 73.87 per liter, while today the rate is Rs 76.48 per liter. A year ago today, on 27 January 2020, the petrol rate in Delhi was Rs 73.71 per liter, if compared to today, it has become expensive by Rs 12.59 per liter in a year, similarly a year ago on 27, January 2020 The rate of diesel was Rs 66.71, today it is selling expensive at Rs 9.77.

Prices change daily at 6 am

New prices of petrol and diesel are applied daily at six in the morning. After adding excise duty, dealer commission and many other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price almost doubles.
