Gas booking now through WhatsApp: Here are the booking procedures ..

New Delhi: Revised rules for booking LPG cylinders will come into effect in India from November 1. The number allowed for cylinder booking for Indian users has also been revised. With this, the company has sent a new number for gas booking via SMS to registered users. Apart from this, you can now book gas through WhatsApp.

Via WhatsApp

Gas booking is now available by talking to the gas agency supplier, calling the mobile number and booking online through the website. Gas booking is also possible by sending a message to the company’s WhatsApp number. In addition to this, gas booking can also be done by downloading Indine’s app.

Delivery authentication code

Indian customers can now book LPG cylinders by calling the new number 7718955555. Bookings can also be made through WhatsApp. All you have to do is type REFILL in WhatsApp Messenger and send to 75888888824. It is also important to make sure that the message is sent only from the mobile number registered by the users.

Authentication code

Oil companies will send a delivery authentication code to customers via SMS. The DAC service will initially be launched in 100 smart cities. The cylinder is delivered to the customer after the OTP is shared with the person making the delivery.

Mobile number update in 2 minutes

If your registered mobile number is not updated, you can ask the person delivering the cylinder to update it, and the person delivering the cylinder will be able to do that and create the code in real time through an app. This means that at the time of delivery, you will be able to update your mobile number through the delivery boy with the help of that application.

If incorrect information is entered

Giving false information to the gas agency may result in termination of supply of gas cylinders. Therefore, special attention should be paid to this matter.
