PM Kisan Samman Nidhi may be increased in this budget, expected to be 9000 rupees annually

Keeping the farmer movement in mind, special attention can be paid to farming and farming in this budget. The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme currently gets Rs 6,000 every year. It can increase by Rs 3,000. So far, 11 crore 52 lakh farmers are availing the benefits of this scheme. A new target of Rs 19 lakh crore can be set for agricultural loans. It was Rs 15 lakh crore last year.

Will the Modi government increase its amount in the general budget to be presented on February 1? This question is in the mind of millions of farmers. At the same time, experts say that the government should give additional funds and incentives for indigenous agricultural research, oilseed production, food processing and organic farming in the upcoming budget for the overall development of the agricultural sector. Industry experts said that the direct cash transfer (DBT) scheme should be used to give more support to farmers rather than subsidizing them.

DCM Shriram Chairman and Senior Managing Director Ajay Shriram said that the DBT mechanism in PM-Kisan Yojana should be properly prepared and used to give more support to the farmers in return for giving subsidy over time. Shriram said that it is up to the farmers to decide how they want to use this money properly.
